Okay, so these websites about how to reduce back pain all tell me not to cross my legs while I sit.
I am trying that today.
I find that every 4-5 minutes, I go to cross my legs, then stop myself.
I also find that after 4.5 hours, my back and abdomen muscles are VERY VERY UNHAPPY with me.
They are screaming, "CROSS YOUR DAMN LEGS. WE HURT. WE HURT."
I am trying to ignore them.
I am trying that today.
