(no subject)

So, I finished my first garment-style knitting project last night. I am falling deeply in love with Ravelry, which has supplied me with many fantastic patterns for little things like hats and scarves, and is now supporting me as I move into the more complex.

The piece I just finished is a little sweater vest for Sebastian to grow into. It has cabled owls on the front, and will probably start fitting him in September, give or take. I was chronicling my progress on my ravelry page, for those who have ravelry accounts, and I am posting the photo ( here: )
