glisharaI have evolved gradually as a football fan to where I am now noticing really oddball things.
For instance -- there were THIRTY-THREE 4th-down attempts in the first 12 games today. That's nearly 3 a game, and they weren't all desperation plays, either. Lots of teams opting to go for it in goal-line cases instead of taking 3, lots of teams just being gutsy at the right time to try and get momentum... I wonder if this is indicative of a trend we'll be seeing in the next few years. Hmm.
